Health and fitness has always been something that I go through phases with where the phase doesn’t seem to pass 2 weeks. I am either obsessed with it or I hate it. However, this past December I bought a gym membership to Planet Fitness and I have continued to go at least 3 times a week since getting it. I gained motivation through my significant other because he has always valued fitness so he inspired me to start going with him to Planet. Fitness has increased my motivation as well as my energy day to day so I am very proud of myself for sticking to it for several months. Although I have gained a liking for fitness, my goal is to start eating more plant based because as a college student it is so easy to just eat something fast and quick which these types of foods usually lack nutritional value. It is sooooo hard to have a healthy diet so this summer it is my goal to start eating healthier!
