Possible New Job…

Hey!  How’s everyone today?

Today, I had an interview at a restaurant for a serving position about 10 minutes from my home.  I have a lot of experience in the field so it would be just easier to find what I’m use to since being a stay at home mom…and before the pandemic hit.

Like I said, I have to put aside my stay at home duties and go back to work.   This is the first time I’ve worked since the pandemic started.

Anyway, the man I interviewed with is the owner.  He seemed like a pretty stand-up guy… very hardworking.   Not only is he the owner, but he’s also the scheduling manager and reaffirmed me that he would work with my schedule due to me homeschooling my kids.

The owner seemed to be very impressed with me… I have a feeling I got the job.  I won’t know until tomorrow, though.  I had a very good feeling about it.  We’ll see what happens and if I am correct that I’ll get the job.

In one way, I’m glad that I am going back to work just to get me out of the house for a little bit.  I am sad that the kids are upset that I’m working; but it is what it is.

I’ll update when I got the job.  Like I said… I know I got it!  But, we’ll see if I’m right 😉 haha.

P.S. If any of you read my last entry…sorry that it was a bit of a downer or annoying.  I was just venting a lot.

I’m learning to grow and overcome some of the emotional obstacles I’m facing.  It’s been a mental and emotional war…
