Project Valhalla – And So It Started

It took two Saturdays – grinding down the old balcony wood, then sealing it with protective oil – but it was all worth it.

The wood is just so spectacularly beautiful.

This is Project Valhalla: the welcoming space.

Next up is the house. Renovation takes patience,  and I’m giving it the year it deserves.

But first… three weeks in Vancouver with my sister.
I booked the tickets last night, leaving in just over a week. I’m really looking forward to the trip!
