Article on Giving Advice

I know many people who should read this article I came across on November 17, 2010:

I agree that there are tips and advice for giving advice, and the article brings up some good points, especially for domineering and narrow-minded people.  However, I don’t think it will work on them because they usually think they know everything, are always right, or are better than others.  Actually, they probably won’t even read the article.
