2 pounds lean stewing beef

1 can undiluted cream of mushroom soup

1 can undiluted cream of celery soup

1 can undiluted cream of onion soup

                                                                                Place meat in dutch oven. Place soups over top. Bake covered with a tight fitting lid for 6 hours in a 225 F. oven. Serve over mashed potatoes, fried potatoes, egg noodles or cooked rice. This can also be made in the slow cooker for 8 hours on the LOW setting.
