New job n new place?
After the previous entry, I sent out one resume n went for one interview….
N I got one offer. 😜
Even though I do like this job, was half wondering if I should have sent more n looked ard more. But well….maybe this is meant to be.
Z n I went through the harrowing experience of balloting for the EC last Sat. As we were second timers, quota was full on that day. We had prayed for God to close the door if not a gd idea to move, but now it seems there r leftover units which we r interested in (though the size is smaller than our first choice units). So how now? Buy or not? 😕

Now job market is good. Quite a few colleagues throwing letters after the bonus. But mainly is push reasons for them.
EC are good when they were still $600k for 90sqm. If buying now, not sure whether still can get capital appreciation. But the property prices are starting to get crazy again. Think those en-blocs are a scheme by the developers to counter government cooling measures.
@jgg regarding the EC: yah price is already very high now, I think next one will be worse. We like this one for the location though, so may go ahead. Otherwise scared current hdb will depreciate leh.
