I feel like I’m majorly struggling against stress. I’m constantly stressed out. Probably it’s because my hours at work are a bit long… Part of me just feels that if I went to work earlier, I could get off earlier. If I can get off earlier, maybe I’ll be happier…

I don’t know though. Maybe I should try 730-430 tomorrow and see how it all goes. Hopefully I’ll be less miserable.

What type of work are you in? I hope the change of hours helps you out. Is it partly due to the environment as well or is it a job you enjoy?
