Back to work…
I went to the doctor today and am released to go back to work tomorrow. Actually, I’m quite excited about this ~ probably because I only work part-time. Or maybe it’s just the money I miss.
I’m gonna have a hard time getting up early. I’ve been staying up half the night and sleeping in til about 10 am. Good thing I took a nap today. Ha!
My sister and her hubby had to rush to Las Vegas last night ~ about an 11 hour drive. My bil’s mom is in the hospital and not expected to make it. She coded and was without oxygen for over 30 minutes. My sister said her eyes are rolled back and she is cold and rigid. I think she is only 56 years old. Sad.
I fixed pancakes for dinner. Weird, but delicious.
A good night to all…
Pancakes sounds even good now. I just woke up. I think I will make some. I am so sorry about your BIL mom I hope she makes it. My bio dad only has 3 months to live so I am nerves of my time left with him. I live 525 miles from him will soon travel to Colorado to visit him this weekend once my boys get better from this swine we all have in this town. GOOD LUCK with work. IN time you will get in the hang of your work habits. DONT YOU LOVE CHANGES!

Challah bread is SUPER easy! 6 or 7 cups of flour 1 tsp coarse sea salt 3 cups warm water 1.5 tbsp of yeast 1/2 cup white sugar 4 egg yolks (Keep the egg white for brushing on finished loaves) put yeast in warm water (Water should be slightly warmer than body temperature) and set aside for 5 to 10 minutes. put 4 cups flour in large bowl with sugar and salt. after the tenminutes stir yeast and water with wooden spoon. (Do not use metal bowls or spoons) stir mixture well. add once water is fully absorbed switch to kneading and add egg yolks folding them through. keep adding flour until micture is damp, sticky, and elasticy. Cover with a damp cloth and sit in a warm area (I usually put it in the oven on 170) for 1.5 hours. Take out and roll out into 6 or 9 snakes (Depending on how many and how big you want your loaves to be) take 3 snakes and pinch the tops of them together. braid them together and pinch together at bottom end.place on an oiled cookie sheet and place in oven on 170 for another hour. remove from oven and turn oven up to 350*. Brush loaves with egg white and place loaves in oven and bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown and sounding hollow

Hello! I just wanted to thank you for the note you left on my diary entry. It really a lot to me especially that night. It wasn’t really something I was able to express to anybody in person and to know that I asked for prayer and there was someone out there who responded to it…well it was truly a blessing. Thank you again! I am also glad to see you are better now and back at work! God Bless You!
