Lets set some goals…

I’m  sick and tired of being sick and tired of being sick and tired..etc etc etc.  please excuse if there really isnt any punctuation in this entry, i’m using the old laptop that joe spilled beer on ( i just miss it and liked it so much more than the new one when it comes to typing..the keys are more raised and make it easier to get where i need to when i need to without messing up and having to fix as many errors. the downside to this however, is that sometimes it types random letters for no reason, and FAST…and also the last letter of the alphabet doesnt work at all. yeah…

I got the job at thunder bay grille and i start tuesday. i’m very much looking forward to not sitting around all day and doing nothing.  also, it will hopefully boost me into losing weight because it will be a huge change in my excersize amount. ( i just got crafty and used a random Z to my advantage. haha. i know how to trigger them…by hitting shift enter…so i think that is kinda cool.  anyways, i also am looking into something called B12 injections.

supposedly these injections are very good for you, and paired with the right diet and some activity, will boost weight loss.  i have done a nights worth of research so far, and plan on calling the doctor that does the injections in my area today. i guess not a lot of offices have these, and i have one right here in my city, which is kinda random. i just want to lose these last 15lbs and keep them off for good, not keep teeter tottering back and forth for the rest of my life.  i explained to joe that once i lose this weight it will be important to me to keep it off, and his eating habits should also change, because all he eats is junk.  he has gained at least 20lbs since i moved in here andhe lost his job.  he is still very attractive dont get me wrong. but its not healthy and he has a thyroid problem…so his metabolism is barely keeping up with the amount he eats. and its all pizza, burgers, and fried food. a vegetable i dont even think is in his vocab.

i am thinking about starting a weight loss journey on youtube once i start the injections.  i would like to put the b12 into effect to see if it really works, and prove that it does or doesnt. i also think that youtube would help keep me motivated, just like it used to when i was posting pole vids.  i have no place for my pole right now, which is the main reason besides not working i gained back some of my lost weight.

so anyways, i think this is a nice enough little update.

so starting today, im going to be counting all the calories that i take in, and mark it monday, march 2nd as my day one of a serious, and permenent lifestyle change.

I think you’re beautiful just as you are! I’m glad to hear you’re consulting with doctors before getting into the weight loss supplements. Being safe and healthy is important. Good luck with your new job! It sounds really fun.

you should, in the words of a wise woman, “just dance, it’ll be ok!” 😛 oooh Lady Gaga, you smart woman, you. if your living room is big enough, get a excercise bike, watch tv and pedal. i lost 20 lbs in a month, no kidding. yes, i changed my eating too, but that bike helped a lot. 🙂
