Notes, or noted:

• Just maybe, without realizing it, I did a lot of expecting others to care for/"fix" my feelings (more than I cared for theirs)
• I am very blessed–nice place to live, pretty surroundings, wonderful job of nanny for my granddaughter, family that loves me
• It feels good to cultivate the ability to learn to accept and forgive myself and others for our human, imperfect actions, and also to see the tender care in our interactions
• The born again idea–the past is over, start again–is an equalizer for us all
• It is difficult to discern any truth with confidence in the world events right now
• I felt sad to perceive that Obama might be lying to us in order to justify his path
