I AM A FATTY FROM THE WAIST DOWN
I’m liking my stomach more and more these days. It’s the stomach I’ve wanted since I was 12. The best thing about is that its got the lines up the top that I always wanted since i saw them on a bonds model last year. My tum only makes me want perfection more. I’m that little bit closer, now I just need to fix my fat legs. God they’re disgusting. Look at this conversation it confirms that they’re too fat.
Me: I dont get why I’m not losing any weight I hardly eat anything…
Them: You should eat more cause your body is too skinny. (That was flattering I couldn’t help but smile)
Me: Nuh, people who see me a lot know that I have some weight to lose for sure. It’s actually a bit embarassing, haha.
Them: Your upper body is too skinny and the only part is that you could maybe lose the slightest bit off ur legs.
There you go. I dont what that. I want people to like the whole of me, not just ‘Liz has the best UPPER body’. It’s all i hear – UPPER body. I’m grateful for that, I promise it makes me feel good when people say that I have Paris Hilton’s upper body, but now I’ve had a taste, I want it all. Is that too much to ask for?
Fasting next week – Monday to Thursday. I wanna get down to 55kg (121lb). Then my BMI will be 17.2. I know I can do it if I really want to.

awww sweetie im sure that u cant be that fat. i mean ur so lucky ur upper body is skinny. i dont have a problem with my legs…its just my stomach. im about 20 lbs over weight but i wanna lose 50. well anyways talk to ya soon. love ya! -meghan

*Sighs* I can really relate to this entry. I’m pretty much in the same boat. It seems as if no matter how hard I work out, the upper body gets smaller, but my fat legs remain. Yet, the difference is my BMI is higher than 17. I’d love to have your BMI. Please be careful… Remember, you’re beautiful.

This excersise is good for almost all of your leg muscles. How do I know all of this? My sister went through that “my legs are too fat” stage too. Make shure you have plenty of watter during these excersises and have a break betwen walking and the other exceirsies or you could realy hurt yourself. Heat stroke, dehidration, mucle damige, things like that. also strech your legs out befor hand.

a few of your entries, and i can relate to a lot of what you are going through.. just hang in there, and it’ll get better. maybe the best thing to do would be to talk to someone.. a school counsler. you may regret it at the moment it happens, but later on you may realize that what you did was the best thing that happend to you. or maybe not. it’s something you have to chance for you.
