Veteran’s Day

Went to LBJ & watched the Veteran’s Day program the students put on. It wasn’t as crowded as last year, but luckily there were more available seating. Got to see lots of the kids I know & I took plenty of pics. The concert was pretty generic—the songs are the same every year, the students just stand there & don’t sing, & the parents keep getting in the way. The part I hated most was not seeing Dylan in the spotlight. Last year he was front & center, but today he got stuck behind some Amazon girl who should’ve been placed in the back b/c of her height. Still it was great seeing my lil Chipmunk. I <3 him so much, & I’m so proud of him. Plus I got to see my buddy (Duard) & I got a great pic of the 2 of us.
