Month Eleven Weigh-In and Measurements

Yesterday was weigh-in and measure day at Curves. It was also the 1 year anniversary of when Renee and Marsha bought the Sherwood Curves location. Renee was updating my “wall of fame” photo for the party, so we decided to do my weigh/measure a couple days early. That way she had up-to-date information for the new picture she was putting up. I will take my camera down and get a picture of my “wall of fame” frame for you guys. I was going to wait until tomorrow to do my official weigh-in and measure, but I think when I go in tomorrow I’ll just tell her we’ll keep what we got yesterday and use it for this month instead.

There will be pictures at the end, as always. *smiles* I know that’s what you guys are really after. You could care less about the numbers, but I’m going to share them anyway.

On with this month’s numbers….

2/26/2011 (11 months after joining Curves)

Weight – 223 3/4 pounds (225 3/4 last month) = 2 pounds lost (61 pounds lost so far)
Bust – 36 3/4 (37 1/4 inches last month) = 1/2 inch loss (5 inches lost so far)
Waist – 38 1/4 (38 1/2 inches last month) = 1/4 inch loss (7 3/4 inches lost so far)
Abdomen – 50 inches (51 1/2 inches last month) = 1 1/2 inch loss (8 3/4 inches lost so far)
Hips – 50 inches (51 1/2 inches last month) = 1 1/2 inch loss (8 1/4 inches lost so far)
Thigh – 27 inches (27 inches last month) = no loss (times 2) (11 1/2 inches lost so far – 5 3/4 inches off each one)
Arm – 13 1/4 inches (13 inches last month) = 1/4 inch gain (times 2) (5 inches lost so far – 2 1/2 inches off each one)

Body Fat Percentage – 39.5% (40.1 last month) = 0.60% loss (47% on 3/26/2010)
BMI – 35.30 (35.62 last month) = 0.32 loss (44.93 on 3/26/2010)

According to my weight/measurement report, I lost 2.14 pounds of body fat (of the 2 pounds I lost), and 3 1/2 inches.

My 11 month total weight loss is 61 pounds (45.45 is body fat pounds). And I’ve lost 46 1/2 total inches off my body. My body fat percentage is down 7.50%, and my BMI is down 9.62.

Front view – Feb. 27th, 2011 – 222 pounds

Side view – Feb. 27th, 2011 – 222 pounds

And I know that the weight from yesterday is different from the weight under the pics I posted.

You can see where I started 11 months ago HERE.

In interesting news, I posted a bit of my store on a Facebook Curves page, and Curves International saw it. They asked me to email them my story and progress pictures. So who knows, maybe someday I’ll be in “Diane” magazine. Yay me!

Here’s to hoping I inspire many of you this month to get started in your weight loss journey. And if you’ve already started, I hope to keep you pushing forward.
