Reflection-what the mirror doesnt show
The surface
show not what lies beneath
it is only a reflection
of the person looking at it
clear water may show
the beauty within
but only if the beholder
can see past
their own reflection
dont judge a book
by it’s cover
but watch the person
who does
for this
is what the mirror
doesn’t show
i like your advice, in this piece, to keep an eye on one who is quick to judge. i feel like there was alot of thought put into just a few words on this poem and that usually makes for a great poem as far as i’m concerned. good work here. keep it up.
