how she saw things
I’ve been editing the couple thousand pics we took in the summer of ’07. "We" took – since we’ve been looking at my pictures from ’07 lately, it’s only fair that I show off some of her pics.
(I have a Japanese friend; we were married and have been friends most of the last 28 years. She comes to visit me and Oregon most every summer, so "we" tour Oregon, usually)
Ah, but I’m cheating. Looking though the nearly 1300 pics she took, I see a surprising number of me. Since I’m usually on the back side of the camera, I don’t have a lot of myself. In the summers, I guess a new crop is sown – and here are some of her views of me:

The first Caliber:

The first of three, actually. I rented this one. I bought an ’08 Caliber SE Plus, a blue one similar to this one here (K* never saw that one; she didn’t come to the US in 2008), and I traded that 08 model on a black ’09 Caliber SXT Sport.
I like these Dodge Calibers; they’re nice cruisers.

As my poor Sable starts to fail more and more, I have been considering a Caliber on your recommendation….

Awesome! I have the same problem — few photos of myself as I’m the one behind the camera. *grins* Light of heart,

Lovely pictures of the Cat. In the Columbia Gorge piece, it has a very neat optical illusion feel to it. It rather looks like you are picking a stone from the side of the canyon, which appears to be right in front of you, rather than far away. Neat!
