On the plus side, that DUII (and the failure to carry car insurance)* is the only blemish on a 28 year driving record.
The newspaper said, back in 2004, "oh, it’s more than three years ago- don’t worry ’bout it".
They are desperate for bus drivers, so that will work in my favor too.
Five days of solo drivng, and they’ve only counseled me once – and it was pretty minor stuff at that.
I don’t propose to worry very much about it; besides, there is a Plan B, should I need it.
I am doing pretty much what I always wanted to do, to be a Driver.
It could be worse.

I thought they cleared all that when they interviewed you and you were very forthcoming about your past driving record. Just keep driving to work and you’ll probably be working there in another 10 years.
