One reason I like going to my friend A’s house is that he watches completely different programs on TV than I do at home. I get to see things that I wouldn’t otherwise see.
Tonight we watched the Country Music Awards.
Country music has changed – or has no relation to my conception of it.
I saw "The Voice" the other night and knew of only Christina Aguilara , and wondered who the other coaches were – and saw one of them win multiple awards in the CMA tonight.
Names escape me.
I would never watch any of those shows at home alone, but it’s kinda nice to have someone to discuss them with.
One good reason to get out of my apartment.
Another is seeing things I would not otherwise.

One of the only things I miss (a little) about tv is awards shows. I like seeing performers being themselves. Another thing I miss about tv is watching it with someone and making comments as it goes along. Sounds like you had a pretty good night with A and the country music people.

Blake Shelton awesome eye candy [for the ladies of course] and a very good voice 🙂 I rarely enjoy seeing what others think are ‘good’ my tastes run along certain lines so I end up tolerating what everyone else watches or listens to glad you had a good visit with A 🙂
