RYN: Not necessarily. I liked the movie. But I also read all three of the novels, and I liked the first novel a lot, but the other two novels didn’t impress me as much. . I guess my problem with the movie is how it left out major themes/ideas from the novel. Also, it seemed like a rip-off of Battle Royale ~Anna
