(Tomorrow’s)  The day before Christmas.

What does Bridal Veil Falls in the Gorge look like in the icy winter?  I dunno – I have never seen Bridal Veil Falls in the depths of winter.

It looks like this in the fall:

Bridal Veil is pretty close to Mulnomah Falls; I went out there last week.

I’ve got plans for Christmas Dinner at my cousin’s house – I saw presents under their tree for me last night when we went to church… but I’ve gotta kill the day before dinner time.

Monacita’s in town; we met at Mike’s tonight and it came to me – let’s go to Bridal Veil Falls.  The falls are even more beautiful if I can share them.

Tomorrow MORNING I’ll get up and meet her in Gresham and we’ll go see what the falls look like frozen.  If I get the timing right, I can go get her, go to the falls, shoot a few pictures, drop her back here in time to see her mom (they have plans), edit a few of the pics, and I can post some tomorrow night, AND make it to my cousin’s in time for the Christmas feast.
