Brief update

Just a short update.

The changes Laurie made are still holding, and I am very proud and happy for and of her!  In addition, I’m really making an effort to be nicer to her, because that makes her happier, too, which, in turn, makes me happier, which makes BOTH of us happier!

She is still getting up and doing things, though not as rabidly as that first day, but that’s okay.  She overdid it, but that’s pretty usual for her.  Baby steps right now, I tell her.  All I’ve asked for/demanded/begged for is some effort on her part, and she’s definitely giving it now. 

My stupid bipolar is acting up, and I’ve been really depressed a lot lately, but instead of pushing Laurie away from me, it seems to be pulling us closer, making us allies against the depression and the situations causing it.
