Any tips to quit smoking
I want to start the process of quitting smoking. I don’t have any money for patches or gum. I have hard candy but I don’t know how well that will help.

I know it sounds drastic, but visit a local hospice and talk to the people dying of lung cancer, COPD, and emphysema. If that doesn’t scare you off smoking, nothing will.

Darn! Â I sure wish you had the money for patches or gum. Â Do you think there’s anyone who can buy one or both for you? Â That would be great if there were someone. Â I’ve heard that hard candy really helps. Â I hope you are able to stop smoking. Â It’s not good for you to smoke. Â Hugs!

Chapstick. An ecig/puff. And just telling yourself that you don’t need it. You’re gonna always want one (I still do) but I refrain from it cause I know if I don’t stop myself I’m never gonna quit.
