Short Update

Ok, I am still alive {I think}
We had 3 inches of snow. It has almost all melted.
Fred is still in rehab. He has his good days and his not-so-good days but, on the whole, he is coping well.
Can you believe someone stole the disabled parking placard from my car? I called the DMV and they are sending me forms for a replacement.
I am eating very odd meals lately. I had celery stuffed with peanut butter tonight. No, I am not trying to lose weight. I don’t bother with that stuff these days. I just saw the celery and wanted it!
Tomorrow is laundry and shopping day.
There is a patch of ice on the drive right where I put my foot when I get out of the car…

Positives:

Even though we had snow, it was the light-and-fluffy kind that was easy to clean off the car.

I managed to find a parking place in the rehab-place parking lot when I went to see Fred today. I hate parking on the street and having to feed a meter.

When celery and peanut butter is what you want, it is fantastic stuff!

I’m a cream cheese and celery kind of gal…love it!

Never had on and celery…I love celery with Cheez Whiz on it. Do they even make that any more?

Uncooked celery always tastes like soap to me. I do like peanut butter or cream cheese on apples, though.

3 inches of lovely pure white snow sounds so pretty. We do get snow on our mountians here in Australia although not many people in the world know this.We have ski feilds too.I live in a beautiful valley down in the south of Victoria. It snows every year on the north side of our valley in the GREAT DIVIDING RANGE. You can google “snow on mount baw baw Victoria’ to see some pictures of it.

We get snow on this mountain every year so I can appreciate how cold it has been for you lately!! Someone STOLE it? That’s awful! Why? So they could get better parking spaces? It makes me angry that some people would think so little of others.
