Blogathon # 45: Good Morning Mr. Sun!

Time Posted: 7:00am EST

The “Land Before Time” movie has finished, and I might have to turn it back on again to keep the kids settled. Chris has gotten up and is going to give them their breakfast very soon. The boys were getting a little fussy and I did my best to let him sleep in as long as possible until I needed his help. The sun is up and the day is here. This is a good sign cause we are less than 2 hours away from the end of the Blogation! This has been a trying night, but thanks to your support and your great notes, it was easier to get through than I thought it would be.

I don’t know about you guys, but I am flat out exhausted. My legs are sore from sitting down a lot tonight, but I’ve been walking around a lot between entries to keep them from cramping. Leah is still sleeping but I expect her to get up before I finish for the morning. I’ll get a small lecture on what a fool I am (like I do every year) but it will go in one ear and out the other, cause here I am year after year, doing it again and again for a good charity.

Will I be back next year? I’m not sure. This was a tough one, but I guess if my health improves between now and then… I can’t see why not. The kid’s sleeping patterns will likely only get better, so that shouldn’t be a problem. Once again it’s been a pleasure writing my blogathon on Open Diary, cause I’ve met some great new people who are bound to make it to my favorite’s list eventually. It’s been fun and I hope that you’ve enjoyed staying up and blogging with me as well.

That’s all I can muster for now. On to the next entry!

Peter

Checking in before it all ends. Will go back and read entries while you’re blissfully snoozing. Once again, THANK YOU!!!

You’re doing great hon. In the words of Keith Urban : ” … Just when it feels you’re on a deadend road, there’s always somewhere left to turnSo don’t give up now, you’re so close to a brand new dayAnd if you just can’t bear to be alone, then I’ll stay … ” Lucky you. You’re almost done! I’ve got like … 17 hours to go?
