T’was Another Day

I blah blah blah-ed and yadda yadda-ed and came home. The same grocery store was playing 2000 Lifehouse this evening.

Listened to Scripture and silence mostly. When I did get around to turning on music, I played a very good old LP song called “She Couldn’t”. I’d never heard it until a few days ago. I think it was supposed to go on Hybrid Theory, but it didn’t for some reason (sample complications maybe). It sounds highly Old-School Urban/Hip Hop to me, and the vocals are so pretty. My only gripe with the song is that the vocals aren’t LOUD enough on the track. Had to listen to the acapella to really hear them. Same issue with “My December”. Why the pretty ones got such low vocals and loud music, Sir?

That’s about it. Not much else to say today. Bedtime is going to be now-ish.
