Weight:
– 176, 35% body fat (no change)
Food/Snacking:
– good, not anything horrible
– managed to not snack much, even though I was home all day
Exercise:
– I was a complete bum today.
Yesterdays goals met?
– food yes, exercise yes
Issues:
– none, other than boredom
– i’m just feeling very blah, and have a wedding to go to this weekend, and have no idea what i’m going to wear, because I don’t think anything I have FITS.
Successes: (at least, I think so)
– managed to avoid snacking!
– researched signing up for a ballet (or just dance in general) class. still undecided
Goals :
Food: tomorrow, only have 2 snacks at work
Exercise: tomorrow, just get to the gym.
