Weight:
– 176, 35% body fat (no change)

Food/Snacking:
– Was busy all day, and then had a good sized lunch (that I packed an and manged to only have 2 pieces of chocolate at work.

Exercise:
– I was a complete bum today. again. happy hour won out.

Yesterdays goals met?
– food yes, had breakfast (bought more supplies for breakfast)
– packed a lunch!

Issues:
– I missed posting and also missed the window of time to update in the morning. this is okay….

Successes: (at least, I think so)

– none to speak of

Goals :
Food: eat breakfast tomorrow!
Exercise: this week, make it to the gym 1x before saturday. I might talk to my old gym friendly reminder to see if he can start again.
