searchg for lost things(2) /Sanctification.

In Sunday school we were learning about Sanctification.( my Pa is our sunday school teacher) My father passed around an article about such a topic.

The questions involved in class were as follows.

1.What is sanctification?

The process whereby we are renewed according to the image of God, Enabled to live our lives in which is pleasing to him. It is the process of the past person(meaning you and I) would die and be reborn in christ.

*sidenote*

When christ was crucified, I died with him. So on the other hand, I must *die every day* and * put to death the deeds of my body*. To live a life with humility, gentleness, paitence and love.

2. How is sanctifcation possible/ accomplished?

We are sanctified  by believing in Christ and thus being in union with him. We are made holy both objectively and morally by being united to Christ in his death/resurrection.  To be sanctified mean also to live a sinless, blameless life. I call it walking the line.(for it is a narrow road) It also takes place to have Faith. It also happens with fellowship with other believers of a united church unto christ.

*encourage one another. Build each other up*
