I loved my ex wife, but she left me out of nowhere.
I meet a new lady that build me back up. We get engaged. She dies unexpectedly.
My father becomes ill and dies unexpectedly.
My therapist quit on me too.
Now my soul is dead and I just try to maintain.
i’m really sorry about this, man. i wish i had comforting words to heal you…. my condolences to you and your loved ones. also therapy sucks, i feel like it’s useless (from experience). no one can help you except for your own accord. you will bounce back from all your losses. give it time.
