Weigh-In Wednesday: Week 36
172 pounds
No workout

I have 16 weeks to try to lose 42 pounds. Gee whiz do you think it is do-able, sarcastic snort here. Sigh.
That would be almost 3 pounds a week and I just don’t think I can make it.
I was doing so great and it has just gone, poof. I have to get back on track. I will not regain all the weight I have lost.
Started at 236 at 172 today up from 154 pounds. This stops here and now.

Lower your carbs… It will help. Trust me on that one.
