Today when I went to the gym I spent 40 min in the therapy pool just stretching. I am still sore but not as sore as I was. I still have that annoying cough, and every time it happens my upper abs are like, OW!
~
Eliana has the cough now too, so we didn’t go to swimming. I was worried that she would have a coughing fit and the teacher would be on the other side of the pool. We did go to MyGym…
She also took a 2 hour nap, and woke up in a coughing fit, poor thing.

Did you know that scientists found a layer of bacteria that is like a bubble around the Earth at 30,000 feet? Isn’t that amazing. There is just so much that we don’t know. We are suck little specks in the universe.
~
I had a lot more to say. I had a huge entry going on in my head while I was stretching. You know how it is, when you finally get around to it it just kind of waffers off.

Oh wow; I hadn’t heard of that news article. Save your energy; write more tomorrow 😉

If I tried to go to the gym, they might as well call 911 as they would need to haul my dead body off someplace. I went to a movie tonight with my sister and brother in law. It was pretty good .. saw “Now you see it”. Hope you are having a good night. Take care.

RYN: The flooding is the worst seen around here in many years. It is just a very grave situation. I am updating my diary as I get updated information. The worst area for flooding is potentially the City of Calgary. Very big river and big population makes a bad combination when it comes to flooding. We have had rain around Edmonton for the last few weeks, but nothing like they have had in Southern

Alberta. The flood information is being updated on a constant basis. Basically the whole area is at risk of flooding. Many highways are flooded and impassible. They are rescuing people by any means possible, and they are building berms in Calgary like crazy. I have a feeling it is going to be bad tonight there. They are expecting the worst of the flooding in Calgary tonight. So I will know

RYN: OD must have gobbled up your photo. I don’t see your last entry ? You are doing better than me .. I have no motivation to go to the gym at this time. I will see what my doctor has to say about me stopping my medications. But at the same time I am worried about stopping them, I have been on them for so long. Re Calgary .. I really don’t know about the bridges, but I do know that the downtown

is under water. The police are preventing people from going there. It is just crazy .. and they are predicting that Edmonton could also get flooding soon. I knew it was too good to be true that we wouldn’t get some flooding. Oh well. Have a good night. Take care.
