CBD and attitude adjustment
I started taking CBD to help me fall asleep. I think it’s working, sort of. The only thing I’ve really noticed is when I wake up in the morning, I feel better. I’m not as grouchy. I’m not singing and smiling and a bundle of happy energy, but I’m not miserable either. I think that’s a plus. For several years, I had problems with sleeping. I took sleeping pills for a couple of years, but I stopped those. Sleeping pills are not healthy. But I still had sleeping issues. And there’s nothing worse than not getting enough sleep or any sleep.
I use the real McCoy … just a small amount really helps my sleep
