why is it so hard for me to get motivated to lose weight. when covid hit a couple years ago and my hours got cut at work I would take my kids to daycare, come home and work out and then go to work. I was almost down to 175....where am i today? like 2…

All of the sudden I have no motivation and wish that I was not in school... I originally signed up for 5 classes and one night when I was trying to get everything done and couldn't I realized it was too much so I dropped the class (and boy I am glad that I did)…
