Therapy & CableDrops
I mentioned the other day that I had taken a "How much has she improved? " test at physical therapy. Well, apparently Medicare approved six more aqua therapy sessions! Nancy {therapist} and I had an interesting discussion about why I was doing SO much better with the aqua therapy and the bottom line is, as Nancy said, that she can work these muscles VERY hard for 45 minutes in the water which would not be as easy to do with no water. However, I AM doing the exercises at home and when I go out, although I do take the cane, I am trying to walk without it and without lurching for short distances. Next aqua therapy session is on Friday.
Total change of subject. One of the minor {very minor} inconveniences I have been dealing with is having to grope around on the floor for the appropriate end of the charger for my Kindle. Well, thanks to CableDrop–multipurpose cable clips from this site, I now just tuck the end of the charger for the Kindle into a CableDrop which is stuck to the side of the table beside my bed. I also have three of them stuck to my computer desk with chargers for IPods and ear pods hanging there! HIGHLY recommended and a reasonable price for six-on-a-card AND reasonable shipping costs, too.
Right now, I am doing laundry, or, to be absolutely truthful, I am listening to the clever machines in the basement which are doing the laundry.

That clip thingy is a great idea. Now they just need a place for you to write on it what it is. Camera, iPod, Kindle, etc.

That seems like a very nice invention! I could use one for my cell phone charger-I am groping under my bed every evening! YAY for aqua therapy! Happy that you are doing so well, keep it up!! *HUGS*

Technology has an answer to everything it seems. 🙂

so nice to have more water PT. I haven’t been in the pool at all in months… I’ll stick with the Wii for balance and coordination issues.

That’s great about the six more therapy sessions.

I’m glad you get six more aqua therapy sessions, and I love the idea of the cable drop. Anything that saves us having to grope around on the floor for things is a great idea! :o) !! I hope you have a lovely day….here it is hawt, hawt, hawt, and I am listening to my clever machines doing laundry, too! hugs, Nicky
