I’m sorry that someone has betrayed your trust. That hurts. I’ve been there many times, but it’s best to still trust in those who haven’t given you no reason not to. They deserve the benefit of the doubt instead of being judged by standards set by people who are not them. Also, I think it’s best not to have expectations. They only lead to disappointment.
