HELP!
I NEED SOME ADVICE. MY GRANDSON IS NOW LIVING A WEEK WITH THE MOTHER AND A WEEK WITH THE FATHER. HE WANTS TO LIVE TEN DAYS………..TEN DAYS. ANY OPINIONS WHAT IS BETTER. THE WHOLE THING JUST BREAKS MY HEART. I DON’T THINK THERE IS A GOOD SOLUTION. THANK YOU FOR YOUR INPUT.
I say he’s knows what he wants so it should be up to him and what makes him happy…

Unless there is some major reason why he should not spend equal time with each parent I think it is best that you encourage him to make the best of the situation. The time will come when he can make his own decision.

It depends on his age. If he is 14 or older, the court WILL usually listen to him and his wishes. If he is younger, the court decides where he will live, with whom, and how long.
