So… good morning…
I need some coffee, and stat. I am so tired. I want to sleep but it’s almost breakfast. Maybe I can get a cat nap before my breakfast. I feel like a zombie… going on fumes.
Today is my bone density test and I am not excited to be in this heat.

It’s been about that warm or slightly warmer where I live (Yankton, South Dakota). 30 is the ‘average’ temp for my area this time of year. I don’t like it at all
