Miracles 24: Kindness Made Me Kind

One unkind thought knocks you out of alignment with love.

  1. Ways I’ve been unkind recently:  Self attacks, annoyance with the kids, irritation with Drew, confusion with Drew, self-blame, attacking my body, making myself separate or special.  Judgment towards “pretty” people.
  2. Describe how it feels:  Empty.  Spinning.  Like I’m seeking something and not finding it.  A whole.  Seeking.
  3. Forgive yourself: I recognize how it feels to be unkind.  I acknowledge that this behavior is not who I truly am.  I now know that this unkindness comes from my ego’s wrong decision to choose fear over love.  I forgive myself for this wrong-minded decision. I choose to see love instead.
