Poem for Heidi

the power of happiness
will overcome
this little bump in the long road
 soon shall heed way
for now it may seem forever
but tomorrow let it fall
your tears will soon swell up
and the sun shall shine once more
don’t give way
to this little bit of darkness
when the light lies so close
at the end of the tunnel
