hurt

SO today I had asked one of the ladies at my gym who works there ( she’s not a personal trainer its just a small town gym) Anyways i asked her if she could help me with using weights as i’m really trying to lose weight and get in shape. Well we only worked for 25 min and let me tell you the 3 different ones i did 3 x’s each with 15 reps really worked me. My arms felt like jello. But it’s a good feeling.  I’m just happy I have somone to motivate me to push further that is what I need.
