Interview

It just looked so fun, so I asked Lost Along the Road (http://www.opendiary.com/entrylist.asp) to Interview me.

1. after death if you would/could come back as an animal what would it be and why???
These days, with how ornery I am?  Probably a bird, that way I can fly south in the winter so I won’t get cold… and I can shit on people’s cars/heads/statues/etc.

2. your metal work is amazing. does it take long and if you made enough would you sell it?
It takes a while, depending on the piece.  The shirt that I posted in my DePhoMo piece took me around 75 to 100 hours to make, but it was also a training piece.  I can make one now in about 50 hours.  I’ve not sold any of my big pieces, mainly because I haven’t felt like they’re worth selling.

The pop-top piece is me just goofing off, and it’s supposed to be made into a skirt for my sister, I just haven’t gotten around to attaching it to the waist bit… when I do, there will be celebrations and pictures galore.  She’s been waiting for it for years.

I do sell jewelry though (when my sister doesn’t get to it first) and I’ve made an etsy store in order to sell it… Jewelry usually takes about an hour or so to make, depending on the complexity of the piece, and when I get a bit stockpiled, I’ll put it in my etsy and link it all.

3. when your book is published and in a HUGE store can i get your autograph???
Of course!  I think one of the first things I’ll do when I’m published is get autographed books to my friends.   That way they don’t have to wait in line at one of those stores.

4. is there something that you have regreted lately??
I try really, really, really hard not to regret anything.  I try to view life as one big learning experience, and to hope that i learned from my mistakes the first (or second, or third) time around.  Usually this works well enough that I can say that I don’t have many true regrets.  One thing I can say that I regret is my habit of pushing good friends away for no reason than my want to be alone for a while… I’ve lost some really good friends because of that.

5. hmm, last but not least are you 100% happy?
I don’t think I am.  I think I’m pretty content right now, but I’m not 100% happy.  Hell, to be honest, I don’t think I can be 100% happy.  But I’ll settle for content for now.
