Coff! Coff!

I started coughing last night. Today I have a slight temperature.

I am going to stay away from school today and I have sent an email to that effect to la professoressa.

I know how annoyed *I*would be if someone came to class and coughed all the time…

I hope you feel better soon!

Hope you get some rest and can keep it from getting any worse. We had a girl in my office who returned to work after being out sick for 4 days (including spanning a weekend) and she was still coughing so bad it sounded like a hospital ward. I was afraid to even breathe. Within a couple of days, 2 other people in our office came down with the same thing. I imagine they didn’t get it from her, or itwould have taken longer to hit them, but I still didn’t appreciate her coming to work when she was coughing like that. Unfortunately a lot of times we end up between a rock and a hard place, where we are really needed at work, or maybe we’ve run out of paid sick days and can’t afford to stay home… it can be a Catch 22 but that doesn’t make me feel any better about being around the person!

Like the previous noter, there is someone at work who sits near me who it seems is constantly sick with a hacking cough, stuffy nose, and slight temperature. Today is no exception. But what bothers me most is that she rarely takes days off, which makes her more worn out and sicker, and spreads her germs around the office. Of course, it also doesn’t help that she somkes heavily. . .

I’ve had this horrible rattling cough for days. Teaching today has been *so* fun.

I so hate being sick. We only have four personal days a year to take and then vacation, it makes getting sick a problem. Also… I keep thinking about the yogurt maker you’ve talked about before. What brand is it and would you buy it again?

I am debating whether or not I should play bridge tonight as I feel lousy. Hope you feel better soon.

Get well soon. 🙂

I hope you’ll feel better quickly! And a wise choice on not going to class, you’re very considerate. I wish more people would be like that.
