Home sweet home

I am finally back in Indy! We got in town Tuesday afternoon. The trip was aggravating as hell for most of it lol, cause mom just WONT listen most times. However, it was still a nice trip and very scenic. Mom was afraid of those damn curves in West VA and I don’t blame her. I think when we go down to NC again for vacation, we will find a route that avoids those damn continuous curves, especially when there are semi trucks involved and there were a lot of them lol. I stayed at mom’s house for the night, and as always am reminded as to why I must live alone even tho I wanna live near my family lol. They drive me crazy.

As of right now, I have my internet set up and both my TVs, so I am able to watch movies without using my phone as a hotspot or watching movies I downloaded to watch offline. I still have a lot of unpacking to do, but I still have plenty of time to finish it. I don’t go back to work until Monday….lol. I am too tired to really type much here, just giving an update. When my  brain has rebooted, maybe I can write more about the roadtrip itself lol.

I know exactly what damn curves and semis you write about! I’ve driven from MN to NC several times and after one terrifying trip through WV involving a semi, I just started going down to Knoxville and then east. It added more time but a whole lot less stress.

@elkay I don’t blame you. When mom and I drive down for vacation, she’s gonna go a route that avoids them damn curves and semis too.
