A Decent-ish Day

Have been up since 7:30. Took my walk a whole hour early. Ended up dealing with some serious foot pain consisting of tingling and numbness in my left toes. This was followed by a migraine. -sigh- Had to take Baclofen and my nueropathy medicine. I guess there is a price to pay for trying to be healthier…..
