Ugh

Hi, OD-land. So I’ve had a rough couple of days. It started on Wednesday when I went to the doctor to get my blood test from last month read. It was all bad news, and I’m not afraid to admit it. Okay, maybe a little afraid, but I’ve had some time to digest it so I can explain it a lot better now.
First: My cholesterol is through the roof. I’ve been told ot swear off red meat, butter, and a lot of other fried things. So no pancakes, either.
Second: I am more than borderline Diabetic. I am most definitely Diabetic now. So I have to cut out all ties to sugar. Thankfully, the Cirkul water bottle and it’s accompanying Sip (flavor cartridges) are all Diabetic friendly. I don’t know if the juice I am currently drinking is, but I just can’t let it go to waste! Besides it’s only one tumbler full.
Thursday, my stepfather was in a rare pissy mood, and ended up almost running my leg over when he tried to take off out of the drive way before I was eiven in the car. I hurt my leg, and my arm, but I am feeling better now. I got over it pretty quickly once I was in the library with my friends. We had a long day, and I really just didn’t have the time to be upset over it since it wasn’t dire.
We did adult coloring club where continued to work on bookmarks for the Library Book Sale which was today and will continue tomorrow. I finished two whole sheets that day, and then went on to do lunch, and worked on some writing (not for Camp NaNoWriMo, but that’s another story all together). I ended up working my Roba novel/fic. I am so excited about how this new one is coming out.
I also did some reading in the book Freeks by Amanda Hocking. This book is so good. I will have to write a real long review about that book later. Honestly, I do. And I still have to tell you guys more about The Iron King by Julie Kagawa.
at 2, I had Maker Space craft. Where we made T-shirts advertising The Friends of the Library. Can’t wait to wear mine, but I didn’t get to finish it because my hand started cramping up since I had done some typing. That’s what my carpal tunnel syndrome has done to me over the years. I really have to pick between activities. I usually don’t, spoiler alert. LOL.
That night was my first night with my Remeron again after a month. So I took that, and my cholesterol medicine along with my Cymbalta.
I woke up yesterday morning with a massive migraine and was pretty much in bed all day. And I do mean all day. I didn’t even make it through the whole episode of MasterChef Junior last night. that’s pretty bad, for me. -sigh-
Today I got up and did some walking, and then did the kitchen. I spent the rest of the day working on my Tinker Bell Diamond Painting, and reading. Until the giant headache started again. I decided NOT to take another migraine pill, instead taking 3 Aleve. I can’t read anymore tonight, but I am glad that I was able to finish yet another bookmark for sale. <3
Tomorrow planning another walk, and more diamond painting. Maybe finishing Freeks , I am excited to finish it and move on to The Hazel Wood by Melissa Albert. Good night, guys. I will try not to make my next entry so far from now.
