It’s been at least that long since I’ve paid to have my hair cut too. ryn: Ah yes, that was a political career cut sadly short.

Thanks! I didn’t realize you thought so highly of the feedback. I always hope that it helps. Penderyn, as in the Welsh whiskey?

RYN: Sorry Blood. Just a typo. Hmmm. 866 doesn’t sound that bad to me considering you only get 140 characters. Keep yourself away from those Crips.

“Watching Elimination Chamber” I have no idea what that is, but ‘elimination chamber’ sounds like a euphemism for ‘restroom’. 7-11 : I’ve often wondered why those convenience stores are still called 7-11’s… it made sense when they first opened and their hours were 7 am to 11 pm, but now that they’re all 24 hours it’s just silly. Heck, most people don’t even know WHY they’re called that in the first place. Several years ago a guy friend of mine was trying to get over being dumped. His ex-gf (who still wanted to be ‘friends’) had just moved away to L.A. and gotten a job as a hostess in a popular restaurant. One of her first nights working she was asked out by a customer… Trent Reznor himself. Hearing this from his ex, my friend greeted us that night with a loud pathetic wail of, “How in the hell can I compete with Trent F***ing Reznor?!?” It’s really hard to console someone when you’re really thinking, “Dude, you are so incredibly screwed.” His quote is now the first thing that pops into my head every time I see or hear that name. 🙂 ~Shady

RYN: We have the “Santa” thing over here as well, I think they use local volunteers to write back to the kids, it’s pretty awesome. You can also order a personalized “Letter From Santa” from businesses that will include a special postmark from “Santa’s Workshop – North Pole” and they’ll fill in any details you provide when you order it so that it looks legit. I must admit, I’m now incredibly tempted to send a letter to 221 B Baker Street just to see what I get back! *evil laughter* I’m such a Sherlock Holmes geek that the response would probably get framed and hung on my wall just for the sake of novelty. 🙂 ~Shady PS: Yay for a ‘new book’! *happy dance* Thank you!
