Peeling Grey Potatoes
I have come to understand the importance of potato peeling. But there are days when it feels as if the pile is a grey mountain and I am in danger of being burred in an avalanche. I must remember all I need do is to pick up my knife and begin to circumscribe my passion.
It’s all so beautiful.
Potatoes and avocados are my favorites! (Maybe not together but…)

There have been so many influences in the past few weeks which set monkey mind into play and I started feeling a little overwhelmed. Even if we are already aware of what works well and what is likely to trigger that avalanche sometimes a simple reminder is required to pick up that particular knife.
