Day 3 (?) of my new Lifestyle

It’s been 3 days since I started walking in the morning. Believe it or not I am already starting see and feel benefits from this practice.  I don’t hurt a lot anymore in the legs or the back. I mean, there are still some days where it’s painful after the walk, but in general…? Not too bad.

Eating is another issue. I have my whole family behind me this time though, so it’s good. <3 Mom and Dad have been trying to encourage me to eat healthier things, and I’ve been trying to work on curbing my sweet tooth with fruits instead of chocolate or sugars. At least a little. Did find out that I can still drink the Jucies (I call them Jucies, but they’re actually Juicy Juice pouches) as long as they are 100% fruit juice. Which the ones I did by this month are.

Gave up on Camp NaNoWriMo, and have started a brand new version of the Roba fan novel. You  guys probably don’t remember, but I have been trying harder and harder to actually get this novel into a state that I really like. I’ve come close a couple of times, but this time I think I have finally figured out some things that I didn’t know before. I need to take the romance a bit more slowly with Christien and Victoria.

You guys are probably confused now so I am going to stop writing now. Spent a little time in between finishing this to go outside and read. That turned out to be a bad idea. It was too cold, and breezy. This is FLORIDA, people. Can I get some actual warmth when I actually  want  to go outside? Is that so much to ask? *sigh* Oh well.  See you guys next entry! -hugs for everyone.

I don’t want to burst your bubble but fruit and juices are very high sugar. can you talk to a dietician? many people use carb counting to lose weight and it really works… most people should not eat over 40 to 50 carbs per meal or no more that 1700 cal. a day
