Google says that giving thanks and counting blessings can help people sleep better, lower stress and improve interpersonal relationships.

Day 1 : Pinterest says list the three best things that happened to you today.

# 1: I woke up!

#2: I got snuggles and kisses from the best baby girl ever!

# 3: I met my friend for Happy Hour. Dinner, drinks, and laughter.

#4: I got my tax return

#5: My boobies are cancer free. Yes , I am that old now and had my first mammogram today.
