Dear Diary,
There are days i feel like I deserve to be treated less than human today is one of those days.
Psychologist couldn’t come today fair enough.
anxiety has been sky high since I woke up (not good enough, not good enough, failure etc.)
tomorrow I have an appointment with the trans advocate at the LGBT foundation, since I suck at advocating for myself, will attempt to do more xmas shopping too.
