Alyssa (A Poem)

she invades my mind
long auburn locks uncombed
a universal freedom weeps from her soul
her laugh is a plague of life

she’s young but old as time
a blind trust that’s second only to mine
as delicate as an herbal tea
she’s an acquired taste

her lean body gyrates madly
the toxins fill her bloodstream
questions bubble to the surface
long walks settle the thoughts

she only sees the good
even at moments when there is none
placed here as a saint
she touches everyone she meets

there’s a longing that infects her mind
never having a mans touch
longing for little boys and their lust
she wants to feel complete

her soul is a curious one
full of wonder and amazement
joy accompanies her on every occasion
with a smile that could resurrect any dead soul

her spirit is additive
one taste leaves you wanting more
wondering around reality
sometimes you question if she’s real

my biggest fear is soon she will be gone
I’ll be long forgotten
leaving a wonderfully bittersweet memory
and a photo on my wall
